- Industry engagement
- Direct marketing communications in compliance with applicable laws
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Accurate List data for:A. Unlawful Activities
- Fraudulent activity
- Deceptive or misleading communications
- Identity theft
- Harassment or abusive messaging
B. Consumer Eligibility Decisions
- Credit approval
- Insurance underwriting
- Employment screening
- Tenant screening
- Background checks
C. Healthcare Misuse
- Combining purchased data with patient medical records
- Attempting to identify patient-level information
- Marketing activities that violate healthcare regulations
D. Bulk Spam or Illegal Email Practices
- Sending unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
- Ignoring unsubscribe requests
- Failing to provide opt-out mechanisms
E. Redistribution or Resale
Clients may not:- Resell or sublicense the data
- Share data with third parties without authorization
- Publish data publicly
- Upload data to marketplaces or open databases
F. Reverse Engineering
Clients may not:- Reverse engineer database structures
- Attempt to reconstruct proprietary compilation methods
- Extract bulk data beyond licensed scope
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:- Maintain reasonable security safeguards
- Protect data from unauthorized access
- Honor opt-out and suppression requests
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws
- Use data only for legitimate business purposes
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
Accurate List reserves the right to:- Investigate suspected misuse
- Suspend service
- Terminate agreements
- Pursue legal remedies where necessary
